1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the 12-week food-coaching program. By signing up, you accept them.
2. Nature of the program
This program offers general food coaching. It does not replace medical advice, individualized nutritional care, or any other professional health service. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have a specific condition. No results are guaranteed.
3. Sign-up
Access is granted through a single-use code sent by email, with no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure.
4. Price and payment
The price shown at purchase is in Canadian dollars, payable in a single payment via Interac, credit card (Stripe), or PayPal. Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.
5. Refund policy
All purchases are final: payment gives you immediate access to the program content, so there are no automatic refunds. If you run into a problem or a special situation, write to us by email or on WhatsApp (see the Contact page): every request is reviewed case by case, and we'll talk it through together to find a solution.
6. Program access
The twelve weeks unlock progressively at your own pace from your payment date. Once unlocked, a week stays accessible: nothing closes behind you.
7. Intellectual property
Program content is for your personal use. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
8. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time (see the privacy policy). Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
