2. Information we collect
Email, first name, last name, phone (optional) at sign-up. Payment information processed directly by Stripe, PayPal, or Interac e-transfer: no card number ever passes through our servers. Weight and progress photos, always optional and private. Testimonial content if you choose to submit one, with your explicit consent for each element (name, photo, video, progress data).
3. Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, give you access to the program you paid for, process your payment, communicate with you about your journey and, only with your consent, feature your testimonial publicly.
4. Where your data is hosted
Our database is hosted in a Canadian region. Some subprocessors (payment processing, email delivery) may process data outside Canada as part of their services; we choose providers offering equivalent protection guarantees.
5. How long we keep it
As long as your account is active, then for the period required by our legal and tax obligations. You can request account deletion at any time (see section 7).
6. Who we share it with
With payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and our email delivery service, only to the extent necessary for their function. Never sold. Never shared for advertising purposes.
7. Your rights
You can view, correct, or export your personal information at any time ("Export my data" button, available from your profile), withdraw consent for an already-published testimonial, or request full account deletion.
